Provide customer support for Australia’s residential and business customers. Handle billing, connection, outage, and account management queries in the Australian market.

Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound calls for Energy Australia customers
2. Resolve billing, meter, and connection queries
3. Process service requests and account changes
4. Follow Australian energy regulations and compliance
5. Maintain quality benchmarks and SLA targets

Requirements

1. Graduate or Undergraduate
2. Min. 1 year call centre experience
3. Clear English communication
4. Customer-first attitude
5. Comfortable working Australian shift hours
