Job Description

Handle customer support for UK retail operations. Manage orders, returns, refunds, and product queries for UK customer base.

Responsibilities

1. Manage UK customer queries via voice
2. Handle order issues, returns, refunds, and account problems
3. Coordinate with seller/logistics teams
4. Maintain CSAT and AHT metrics
5. Document all interactions in CRM tools

Requirements

1. Undergraduate or Graduate
2. Freshers welcome
3. Good spoken English
4. Basic computer skills
5. Comfortable working UK shifts
