1. Handle cardholder queries in English and Hindi
2. Resolve billing disputes, card replacements, and account issues
3. Educate customers on rewards programs and card benefits
4. Meet compliance and data security requirements
5. Achieve CSAT and FCR targets
1. Graduate or Undergraduate
2. Min. 1 year call centre experience
3. Fluent in English and Hindi (bilingual mandatory)
4. Knowledge of financial services preferred
5. US shift willingness
