1. Handle UK customer calls for Sky TV and Sky SUV products
2. Assist with subscriptions, billing, and technical issues
3. Process service requests and escalations
4. Follow Sky UK quality and compliance guidelines
5. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
1. Minimum 10th standard pass
2. Freshers eligible
3. Basic English communication
