Job Description

Drive customer retention and upsell products to existing subscribers. Engage with customers who intend to cancel and convert them through value-based selling techniques.

Responsibilities

1. Handle retention calls for Adobe US subscribers
2. Pitch product upgrades and prevent cancellations
3. Achieve monthly retention and revenue targets
4. Educate customers on Adobe product features
5. Maintain detailed call records and sales logs

Requirements

1. Graduate mandatory
2. Min. 1 year in voice-based Retention & Sales
3. Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
4. Target-driven mindset
5. Comfortable with US shift hours
