1. Handle UK banking/mortgage customer calls
2. Assist with savings accounts, mortgage queries, and product information
3. Process customer requests and account changes
4. Follow FCA compliance and UK banking regulations
5. Achieve quality and productivity targets
1. Graduate or Undergraduate
2. Min. 1 year ICC experience
3. Good English communication
4. Knowledge of UK banking preferred
