1. Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously for banking queries
2. Resolve account, loan, card, and digital banking issues
3. Follow RBI compliance and data privacy guidelines
4. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant banking teams
5. Maintain high CSAT and chat quality scores
1. Graduate mandatory
2. Min. 1 year in customer support (voice preferred)
3. Fast typing speed (30+ WPM)
4. Strong written English communication
