Job Description

Handle banking customer queries via chat for a reputed Bank. Provide seamless support for account, card, loan, and digital banking queries through chat platform.

Responsibilities

1. Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously for banking queries
2. Resolve account, loan, card, and digital banking issues
3. Follow RBI compliance and data privacy guidelines
4. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant banking teams
5. Maintain high CSAT and chat quality scores

Requirements

1. Graduate mandatory
2. Min. 1 year in customer support (voice preferred)
3. Fast typing speed (30+ WPM)
4. Strong written English communication
5. Day shift availability
