1. Conduct outbound collection calls to US cardholders
2. Negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent accounts
3. Follow FDCPA and compliance guidelines
4. Maintain accurate records of collection activities
5. Achieve monthly collection targets and incentives
1. Graduate or Undergraduate
2. Min. 1 year ICC experience
3. Assertive communication and negotiation skills
4. Knowledge of collections process preferred
5. Comfortable with US shifts
