Responsibilities

1. Handle US healthcare member queries
2. Process insurance claims and eligibility requests
3. Assist with provider and patient support
4. Maintain HIPAA compliance
5. Achieve quality scores and FCR targets

Requirements

1. Graduate or Undergraduate
2. Min. 1 year ICC experience
3. Good English communication
4. Healthcare/insurance knowledge preferred
5. US shift (weekend off)
