2. Contact customers affected by fraud and provide support
3. Follow fraud investigation protocols
4. Document all recovery activities accurately
5. Coordinate with fraud analytics and risk teams
1. Undergraduate or Graduate
2. Min. 1 year call centre experience
3. Analytical mindset and attention to detail
4. Knowledge of fraud/banking preferred
