1. Handle US customer queries via voice/chat
2. Resolve ride disputes, billing issues, and account problems
3. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
4. Maintain high CSAT and first call resolution rates
5. Document interactions accurately
1. Graduate degree mandatory
2. Min. 1 year ICC experience
3. Strong English communication
4. Tech-savvy with CRM tools
5. Comfortable with US shift timings
