Responsibilities

1. Handle host and guest queries for US market
2. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds
3. Mediate disputes between hosts and guests
4. Maintain quality scores and adherence to policies
5. Document all interactions in CRM

Requirements

1. Graduate or Undergraduate
2. Min. 1 year ICC experience
3. Excellent spoken and written English
4. Empathy-driven communication
5. Flexible for US shifts
