1. Handle customer calls/queries for UK banking clients
2. Resolve account-related issues, complaints, and service requests
3. Maintain accurate call logs and documentation
4. Meet SLA, AHT, and quality benchmarks
5. Escalate complex issues to senior teams
1. Graduate or Undergraduate degree
2. Min. 1 year ICC experience
3. Excellent English communication skills
4. Willingness to work UK shifts
5. Knowledge of banking processes preferred
